The free MalCare plan protects your site against attacks, and will let you know if there is malware on your site. If malware is discovered, you need to upgrade to a subscription to get rid of it effectively. Along with malware removal, subscriptions also include customized security for your site, and unlimited support from security experts.

Yes. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. However, if malware has been cleaned from the website during that time, no refund will be issued.
