How do I purchase MalCare?

We accept Credit Card payment. We use Stripe which is one of the safest modes of credit card transactions. Right now, we only accept payments online. We will not be able to accept purchase orders over the phone.

Can I purchase two or more plans?

Yes. Please do remember to use different email addresses when subscribing to different plans.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payments using Credit Cards, and Debit Cards including Visa/ Mastercard/ American Express as well as PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Can I pay through PayPal?

I signed up and paid, what do I do now?

After signing up and paying, you can start using MalCare. Here’s a link that gives you step-by-step information on how to get started with MalCare.

What if my credit card was declined?

There are a few reasons why your credit card may be declined on our payment page. The most common reason is that the credit card number, CVV, or expiration date that was entered is incorrect. Please contact us on support@malcare.com or leave us a message, and we will assist you with the payment. 

Can I change the credit card linked to my MalCare account?

Can I download my invoices?

Yes. We have a guide on how to download invoices.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase and will be issued in case we were not able to detect or clean your malware. Otherwise, you can cancel the account, but a refund will not be provided.

What if I want to discontinue the plan after a year?

You can discontinue the plan easily after a year right from your MalCare dashboard. Here’s a link that will show you a step-by-step process to do the same.

What will be the pricing after a year?

After a year, the pricing will automatically go back to our regular yearly pricing. (without the discount)

How do I upgrade to a higher plan of MalCare?

You can easily upgrade to a higher plan whenever you want, right from your MalCare dashboard, just by paying the difference in price between the 2 plans. Here’s a link to help you with the process.

Which plan should I choose?

Depending on the number of sites you want to secure using MalCare, you can choose between: 1. Personal (up to 1 site), 2. Business (up to 5 sites), 3. Developer (up to 20 sites) and, 4. Agency plans (up to 100 sites).

What payment currencies do you accept?

All prices are in USD. We’re not able to bill for BlogVault Plans in any other currencies right now. We are working on making currencies flexible in future.

Do I need to pay for help and support?

We don’t charge you for help and support. We’d be happy to help you with any queries or issue.

Can I change my current billing address?

Yes. You can change your current billing address from the MalCare dashboard.

Do you have any cancellation fee?

MalCare is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. When you cancel your MalCare account, you’ll be billed for the current cycle only and you won’t be billed again.

What are the terms of subscription?

All our plans are available for yearly subscriptions without any minimum commitments. You can cancel your MalCare account from the dashboard whenever you want.

Are there discounts for upgrading from one plan to another?

We love our customers. And hence, when you upgrade from a Monthly plan to Yearly, you pay only for 10 months and the rest are on us.

Can I cancel my MalCare account whenever I want?

Yes. Although we are sad to see you go, you can cancel your MalCare account whenever you want.
